Also available will be the ability to provision your own virtual hardware for running your own code or applications and the ability to scale up or down as demand dictates.

Our cloud physically resides in Australia, eliminating the latency issues associated with offshore cloud facilities. If your data can’t leave Australia for legal reasons and you have thus far dismissed cloud computing as something “only other companies in other industries” can do, think again. With state of the art security and resiliency across multiple Australian locations you can trust the ISA cloud environment to be there when you need it.

We work with our customers to ensure the service they receive is tailored to their specific requirements. We understand that every customer is different and that their needs vary over time as their business evolves; and we therefore offer a service quite unlike other ‘commodity’ offerings. Our cloud environment allows customers to pay only for the computing power they use. Today, your Data Centre is designed to cater for the worst case scenarios, even if that rarely or never unfolds. By engaging our ‘pay-as-you-go’ model you can easily cater for cyclical fluctuation in demand and unexpected events; and you only get charged for what you actually use.

Our second cloud facility is under construction and based on our new virtualised Data Centre in Malaysia. We will offer customers the ability to access resources only in their jurisdiction of choice, or to use either. Across both facilities our services will be continually evolving and fall into four categories:

ISA will be offering a range of applications delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) through our cloud environment. Check back here often as we release further details. Want to use our cloud to develop your own cloud apps, then run them right there in our cloud? We can help you. ISA’s Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) will supply standardised virtual appliances with everything you need to get started: an operating system, database server, IDE etc. We’ll be launching our Windows environment first, with other platforms available soon after. If you want to provision fully customisable virtual appliances for elastic computing in the cloud, ISA’s Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) offers just that, all running on our secure platform. Choose from:
